October 14th.  Drove to La Grande Oregon and drove Interstate 84 to Pendleton where we turned off and drove to Milton-Freewater and then on to Pasco Washington where we stopped at a KOA for the night.

October 15th.  Drove from Pasco to Moses Lake and then up to Hwy 2 and turned onto Hwy 97 to Pateros and up to Ron’s place in Twisp where we stayed for two days.
October 16th. Drove up to some friends hunting camp on the Chewuch River.  Then drove up to the end of the road where we stopped at the fire fighter’s memorial from the thirty-mile fire in 2002.  Four firefighters were killed at the area of the memorial.  Very touching.

October 16th.  Headed home and reached home at 1500 hours.
